    Probably the best buffet breakfast in lisbon. Excellent choice of food drink etc.good size rooms comfortable beds and great views of lisbon.majorit of staff extremely helful and friendly.

    Stayed in the club rooms and what a disappointment the club lounge was. Very dark and dismal with a poor choice of snacks. Would have thought this 5 star hotel could have done better. Suggest someone from the hotel should try the corinthia club lounge and see how it should be done.

    Breakfast doesn't have any diversity. Bathroom’s door suddenly broke down & I was in a very dangerous situation with all glasses on me, the staff came immediately. We expected some kind of makeup but just manager’s verbal apologizing !!!!!!

    We were in Lisbon for our honeymoon. The hotel was very comfortoble for us. While booking, we mentioned that we were a honeymoon couple and we would be happy if they book a room with a good view on upper floors. They did it. And also, when we went in the room, there was a nice surprise for us: a bottle of champagne. Thanks Sheroton Lisboa.

    Its location to the downtown/old town is not great. But it is just 10 minutes away by taxi. The water in bathroom was not very strong and it was thin. Expensive internet connection.

    I really enjoyed my stay, especially the soothing massage at the spa and the relaxing atmosphere by the pool. The facilities were great with a stunning swimming pool and lovely spa treatments to unwind. The only downside was a slight lingering smell of smoke in the corridor, but overall, I loved the experience! 😊
